My boss has been hounding me about not getting enough protein recently. He even went so far last week as to stick a print-out in my mailbox about the benefits and facts about protein that he decided I needed to know.
Because of this hounding, I just made myself chicken for dinner. Sadly, I was too hungry/impatient to let it all thaw out before cooking it. Therefore, I cooked my chicken while it was still half frozen, and this consequently led to a very, very rubbery chicken breast that I am praying to God was fully cooked.
I am contemplating pasta for the rest of the week.
